Shipping and Refunds

General Information

Each candle is perfectly unique and handmade to order. Due to this being a natural product there will be very slight variances to the photos on this site. 

All pieces are individually hand made with love and can take around 1-3 business days to complete. Large orders can take a further 2-5 business days. You can let us know your desired arrival date and we can try and accommodate this date. In these instances, we require at least 1-7 business days to prepare and ship your order.


Once hand crafted as set out in the timelines listed above, our candles ship to your address within the below timeframes:

  • Domestic New Zealand - 1-2 business days
  • International - 3-11 business days

As all of our candles are handmade using 100% pure coconut wax, there is a risk they could melt and sometimes there could be damage during transit to your home via the post. We do our best to try and ensure your candles are packaged as safe and as carefully as possible.

As we do our best to package your order, We don’t take any responsibility for any damage that may occur while traveling. Your orders are couriered in thick boxes and packaging support to try prevent any potential breakage. 

Damage and Issue

Please inspect your order upon receipt and feel free to contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns are reviewed on a case by case basis.

To start a return, you must contact us at first to determine if a return can be accepted. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions and Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) but we will try our best to fix any potential problems if a mistake was made by us. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have after following the returns section above, if accepted, it would be advisable to make a separate purchase for the new item. Our team will evaluate your exchange and follow up with you when required.

As defined in the returns section, these are done via a case by case basis after contacting us via email


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
